We have been involved in numerous major transactions and our technology legal focus experience has included:

• Acting for several universities and research institutes regarding IP creation, protection and commercialisation locally and overseas;
• Advising numerous clients (such as Snowden Mining Services, DownUnder GeoSolutions and CPC Engineering) on the provision of software products and online technical services to major companies in hard-rock mining, oil and gas and energy sectors; and
• Advising on infrastructure projects such as Amcom IP1 (trans-Australian fibre optic calbe installation project), the TransIndonesia Network (a fibre optic cable installation project from Jakarta to northern Sumatra and with international IP transit and capacity capability swaps) and AmStar (satellite services).
