• Acted for Galaxy Resources Limited with respect to the A$100m Mt. Cattlin Lithium Project and Jiangsu Carbonate Project;
• Advised Stirling Resources Limited in relation to the re-capitalisation of Monarch Gold Mining Company Limited;
• Acted for Beadell Resources Limited with respect to the acquisition of the Cracow Gold Project;
• Acted for Agincourt Resources Limited with respect to the acquisition of the Martabe Gold and Silver Project in Indonesia from Newmont Mining Company;
• Advised Western Areas Limited in relation to the financing documents for the Forrestaina Nickel Project;
• Advised Giralia Resources on its merger with Atlas Iron Limited. The transaction was valued at A$828m;
• Acted for Galaxy Resources Limited in respect of the recently announced farm-in to the James Bay lithium pegmatite project in Quebec, Canada from Lithium One Inc.; and
• Acted for Galaxy Resources in respect of its recently announced A$91.5m capital raising, involving a combination of convertible bonds and share subscriptions.
