Our experience in the Finance sector includes:
- Advised Perilya Limited on its recent debt raising to acquire Canadian company Globestar Mining Corporation;
- Advised Rand Mining NL and Tribune Resources NL on their LAS finance facility with the ANZ Banking Group for the development of the Rubicon Hornet underground mine and associated infrastructure; and
- Acting for lenders such as RaboBank, the Commonwealth Bank, BankWest, Ford Credit, GMACA, Standard Chartered, Elders Rural and St George.
