Simon (formerly of Corrs Westgarth Chambers) has been appointed as a Principal in Allion Legal's Corporate Practice Group.
Simon's focus is on advising on private and public M&A transactions, equity capital markets, general corporate advisory work including takeovers, schemes of arrangement, fundraisings including IPOs, rights issues and placings. His clients have included many major corporate businesses and investment banks and he has acted for both issuers and underwriters.
