Property
The Grange
Allion Legal has advised the Seller of the historic Grange property at Dongara and an unconditional contract has been entered into by the Stoney Group as sellers to sell the property for $40 million.
The property includes a significant water license and three centre pivot irrigation systems.
In addition to the $40 million payable for the land and improvements, the Seller has negotiated with the buyer for the sale of livestock, plant and equipment.
Allion Legal where involved in advising the Seller in regard to preparation of the disclosure statements and information and also in regard to the contract preparation with Elders Real Estate as the Seller's agents.
