On 31 August 2009 Allion Legal opened a full time office at 278B Foreshore Drive, Geraldton. Allion Legal’s Geraldton office is located in close proximity to the Geraldton CBD in the Batavia Coast Marina complex.
Allion Legal was formed through the merger of Michael, Whyte & Co and Pullinger Readhead Lucas with the former enjoying a strong presence in country Western Australia for 30 years.
Allion Legal has continued its commitment to Geraldton and the Mid West region through its Geraldton office which is led by Associate Principal Tim Hayter , who spent part of his youth in Geraldton and has strong family links to pastoralists in Western Australia.
Tim is supported in the Geraldton office by Christina Ware as an Articled Clerk, who is a long time Geraldton resident and recently completed her law degree.
Tim’s wife, Nat Hayter, has extensive experience in legal office management and acts as the office manager / executive assistant at the Geraldton office.
